Because supplies are purchased ahead of time for the exact number of students, we ask that cancellations be done no earlier than 48 hours before your booking. We understand that in rare circumstances, you or a loved one may become sick, or an unexpected event may occur. If this is the case, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.
