Cancellation Policy
Because supplies are purchased ahead of time for the exact number of participants, we ask that cancellations be done no earlier than 72 hours before your booking. We understand that in rare circumstances, you or a loved one may become sick, or an unexpected event may occur. If this is the case, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution. Canceled sessions requested within the booked 72 hours will result in a cancellation fee of $175. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance.
